  • Payment: processed securely by Shopify Payments, PayPal, Klarna and similar providers. We never see or store your full card details.
  • Marketing: your email address if you sign up to our newsletter.
  • Website use: device, browser and how you use the site, collected through cookies.

Why we use it

  • To process, deliver and support your order (needed to fulfil our contract with you).
  • To send marketing emails, only if you've signed up. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
  • To improve our website and advertising (our legitimate interests, or your consent where cookies require it).
  • To meet legal duties such as tax and accounting records.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers who help us run the shop: Shopify (our store platform), payment providers, delivery companies, print/fulfilment partners such as Printful, and advertising platforms such as Meta and TikTok. Some of these may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards. We never sell your data.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep the site working, remember your basket, and understand how the site is used. You can manage non-essential cookies through the cookie banner or your browser settings.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for 6 years for tax purposes. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.
