We want you to love your FITASFK gear. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Changed your mind?

You can cancel your order or return unworn items within 14 days of receiving them. Just email us at info@fitasfk.store with your order number, then send the items back within 14 days of telling us.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong one. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't refund items lost in the post on the way back to us.

Faulty or wrong item?

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, email us with your order number and a photo. We'll cover the return postage and send a replacement or give you a full refund. This doesn't affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Wrong size?

Email us and we'll exchange it for a different size, subject to stock.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is checked, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 14 days, including any standard delivery cost you paid on your original order.

Bundle items

Items bought in our bundle deals can be returned in the same way. If you return one item from a bundle, the refund will be the bundle price paid for that item.
